本文测定了孕期血清、子宫肌和蜕膜组织中E_2和P水平及剖腹产子宫肌组织的胞浆雌、孕激素受体的含量;并与非孕期水平相比较。发现血清E_2和P水平随着孕期的进展而成倍地增高,蜕膜和肌组织中的E_2和P水平也同时有上升趋势。剖腹产子宫肌组织胞浆雌、孕激素受体含量显著低于非孕期的受体含量。孕期女性激素水平的大幅度增高和相应胞浆受体的大幅度降低,提示两者间可能存在非常密切的关系。
In this paper, we measured the level of E2 and P in serum, uterine muscle and decidua and the content of estrogen and progesterone receptors in uterine muscle tissue of caesarean section during pregnancy, and compared with the non-pregnant period. It was found that serum E_2 and P levels increased exponentially with the progress of pregnancy, and the levels of E_2 and P in decidua and muscle tissue also increased at the same time. Caesarean section uterine muscle tissue cytoplasmic estrogen and progesterone receptor content was significantly lower than non-pregnancy receptor content. Pregnancy female hormones increased significantly and the corresponding substantial reduction of cytoplasmic receptors, suggesting that there may be a very close relationship between the two.
