近年来随着我国现代化管理方式的不断发展以及经济体系的不断完善,建筑成本已经成为建筑企业的一项最主要的经济指标,成本管理对于建筑企业也就尤为重要,因此成本管理也就需要更加的系统化、科学化。目前我国很多的建筑企业仍旧采用传统的成本管理方法,而这些方法存在着很多的缺陷和不足,不能满足企业的市场竞争需要。所以企业需要更加完善和有效的对建筑成本进行控制,才能加强企业竞争力。
