(一九八六年十一月二日通过)江苏省水利学会第四次会员代表大会听取了左东启理事长代表第三届理事会所作的题为“团结奋斗、为实现我省‘七五’水利计划贡献才智”的工作报告,进行了热烈的讨论。全体代表回顾了第三次代表大会以来学会所做的工作,一致认为:三年多来在上级主管部门关怀和支持下,经过全体会员的努力,认真贯彻了“经济建设必须依靠科技进步,科技工作必须面向经济建设”的方针,围绕江苏水利建设,开展各种形式的学术交流、科技咨询和科普活动,加强各学科之间的横向联系,壮大了学会队伍、健全了学会机构,目前已成为我省具有一定规模和影响的学术团体,成绩是十分突出的。大会认为:随着“七五”建设高潮的到来,
