Objective To investigate the short-term clinical effects of three ways of radiotherapy, neoadjuvant chemotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy for the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods Totally 85 cases of cervical cancer treated in our hospital from 2010-03-2015-03 were selected randomly as the investigation object. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. There were 45 cases of stage Ⅰb ~ Ⅱa cervical cancer patients in the preoperative treatment group, which were divided into three groups, which were treated with radiotherapy, neoadjuvant chemotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy respectively. The number of patients in each group was 15 Cases; the number of patients in non-surgical treatment group was 40 cases, the patients belong to stage Ⅱ b ~ Ⅲ b cervical cancer patients, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, 20 patients treated with radiotherapy alone, concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with the same For 20 cases, to participate in the treatment of patients with clinical treatment analysis and comparison. Results The effective rates of preoperative radiotherapy, neoadjuvant chemotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy were 53.33%, 86.67% and 93.33% respectively. In the non-surgical treatment group, the average tumor reduction rate was 71.5% in the concurrent chemoradiotherapy group and 30.8% in the radiotherapy group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Neoadjuvant chemotherapy and concurrent chemoradiotherapy are effective in the treatment of tumors before surgery. Radiotherapy has a good therapeutic effect on well-differentiated cervical cancer, and concurrent chemoradiotherapy is more effective in treating advanced cervical cancer.
