一、改造前控制系统现状 万寨港地处京杭大运河徐州段的北端,是我国内河港口规模最大、机械化程度最高的煤炭中转港口,年吞吐能力650万吨,素有“京杭运河第一港”之称。由于诸多原因,港口的生产作业线控制系统经常失灵,“设备不能动、列车用人推、煤炭人工卸、船队压港无法行”的现象时有发生。由于受到港口原设计及当时技术条件的限制,生产作业控制系统采用分散控制(一条作业线为一个控制单元),控制元件为技术档次低、故障率高、易受外部环境干扰、早已被淘汰的MLCR084可编程序模块。几年的运行实践证明,这套控制系统存在以下几个方面的缺陷。 1.全港有四条作业线、四个操作台,分设在两个中控室内,因而必须设两套生产作业控制人员,造成人力、物力的极大浪费,而且不便于统一管理。
I. Pre-reform Control System Status Wanzhaigang is located at the northern end of the Xuzhou section of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. It is the largest and most mechanized coal transit port in China with an annual handling capacity of 6.5 million tons and is known as “the first port of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal ”Said. Due to many reasons, the control system of the production line at the port often fails, and the phenomenon of “equipment can not move, people on train go by, man-made coal unloading, and the fleet can not discharge the port” can occur from time to time. Due to the original design of the port and the technical conditions at that time, the production control system adopts decentralized control (one operating line is a control unit) and the control components have been eliminated because of their low technical grade, high failure rate and easy interference with external environment MLCR084 programmable module. Years of operation proved that this control system has the following defects. 1. There are four operation lines and four control stations in Hong Kong, which are divided into two central control rooms. Therefore, two production control staffs must be set up, resulting in great waste of human and material resources and inconvenience of unified management.
