健康男女各五名为受试者,在人工气候室内进行实验,共分20~25、18、15、12、10和7℃六个实验组,相对温度40~50%;风速0.05~0.08米/秒。实验证明,在25~7℃环境温度范围内手指皮肤温度随着环境温度降低而降低,两者存在直线相关,其回归方程式为:(?)=1.029x+5.4017 实验还发现,手指血流图的波幅、波形、重搏波三项指标同环境温度和手指皮温的变化密切相关。在较低温度环境服装保温充分的条件下,为消除寒冷感主要应该对裸露部位及薄弱部位采取保暖措施。由实验得知,环境温度15℃应当是保证手部正常有效活动的最低卫生限度;环境温度18℃是无冷感的卫生限度。
