An important job of medical bacteria workers is to diagnose the presence or absence of pathogenic microorganisms by testing relevant clinical specimens. The careful identification of microorganisms depends on many factors and the timing is important. From receiving clinical specimens to isolating, culturing and diagnosing pathogenic microorganisms, reports should be made in the shortest possible time in order to provide appropriate references for prevention and treatment workers. Some laboratories may not be able to do a lot of complicated work due to time constraints. Therefore, some simple and convenient
