上海建材(集团)总公司自1994年1月初成立以来,在抓好机构改革、产业、产品结构调整等重大工作的同时,依然紧紧抓住节能降耗工作,在原上海建材局连续十年万元产值综合能耗、产品单耗下降的基础上,继续保持下降的好势头,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。下面,向领导和同志们汇报我们抓转换机制,深化节能降耗工作的一些做法和体会:一、从战略高度强化节能工作上海建材(集团)总公司是由原建材局改制过来的。建材行业在十年里,产值增长了69%,能源消费量增长了26.7%,万元产值综合能耗下降了36%,取得了一定的成绩。但是,万元产值综合能耗仍是全市工业产值
Since its establishment in early January 1994, the Shanghai Building Materials (Group) Corporation has continued to focus on energy conservation and consumption reduction work while carrying out major tasks such as institutional reforms, industries, and product structure adjustments. On the basis of the decline in comprehensive energy consumption and product unit consumption of the yuan-based production value, we continued to maintain a good momentum of decline and achieved better economic and social benefits. In the following, we will report to leaders and comrades on our grasp of the conversion mechanism and deepen some practices and experiences in energy conservation and consumption reduction: First, strengthen energy conservation from a strategic perspective. The Shanghai Building Materials (Group) Corporation was restructured by the former Building Materials Bureau. In the ten years of building materials industry, the output value has increased by 69%, energy consumption has increased by 26.7%, and the comprehensive energy consumption per million output value has dropped by 36%, which has achieved certain results. However, the comprehensive energy consumption per million output value is still the city’s industrial output value
