采用正、负两半波电流通道不同的新型方波交变等离子弧焊设备,在试验的基础上系统地对负半波的阴极清理作用及其对焊缝成形的影响进行了深入研究。研究结果为方波交变等离子弧焊工艺参数的合理选择提供了科学依据,对方波交流氩弧焊也有指导作用
Based on the experiment, the cathode cleaning effect of negative half-wave and its influence on the weld formation were studied in detail by using the new square-wave alternating plasma arc welding equipment with positive and negative half-wave current channels. The results provide a scientific basis for the reasonable choice of the square wave alternating plasma arc welding process parameters, and also have a guiding role for the square wave AC TIG welding
