目的:建立同时测定左金丸中盐酸小檗碱、吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱含量的液相色谱方法。方法:采用Agilent ODS C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.3%磷酸-0.3%三乙胺为流动相进行梯度洗脱;流速为1.0mL.min-1;柱温为40℃;检测波长为225nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱、吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱分别在5.00~500.00(R2=0.9992)、1.13~30.00(R2=0.9999)、1.25~50.00(R2=1)μg.mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为105.04%(RSD=3.04%)、92.98%(RSD=1.23%)、97.90%(RSD=1.44%)。结论:本方法准确、可靠、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于左金丸制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a liquid chromatography method for simultaneous determination of berberine hydrochloride, evodiamine and rutaecarpine in Zuojin pills. Methods: Agilent ODS C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid-0.3% triethylamine. The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. ; Detection wavelength of 225nm. Results: Berberine, evodiamine and rutaecarpine were good in the range of 5.00-500.00 (R2 = 0.9992), 1.13-30.00 (R2 = 0.9999) and 1.25-50.00 (R2 = 1) μg.mL- The average recovery was 105.04% (RSD = 3.04%), 92.98% (RSD = 1.23%) and 97.90% (RSD = 1.44%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable, sensitive, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Zuojin Pills.
