滚筒采煤机调高系统常采用液压锁将摇臂锁定在某一位置。液压锁是靠锥形阀与阀座端部以线接触实现密封。由于滚筒载荷不断变化,锥形阀芯和阀座弹性变形,使用一段时间后往往因接触表面线接触的特性被破坏,密封效果降低,造成泄漏,使调高油缸不能自锁。为解决上述问题,我们对ZBX-100型滚筒采煤机调高油缸液压锁锥形阀芯的结构作了改进(见图),将锥形阀芯密封面改为耐油
Drum shearer height adjustment system often use hydraulic lock to lock the rocker arm in a certain position. Hydraulic locks rely on conical valves and seat ends for line contact. Due to the changing load of the cylinder, the cone valve seat and the valve seat are elastically deformed. After being used for a period of time, the contact characteristics of the contact surface are often destroyed, the sealing effect is reduced, causing the leakage so that the raising cylinder can not self-lock. In order to solve the above problems, we improved the structure of ZBX-100 drum shearer hydraulic cylinder lock cone valve (see picture), changed the sealing surface of conical valve cylinder to oil resistance
