从新技术革命看科技进步与技术创新的重要性。马克思早就指出:科技进步是社会生产发展决定性的因素。90年代人类的经济活动将以新技术革命为动力,高技术的发展是这场技术革命的核心。美国、日本、西欧各国和苏联等一些主要工业发达国家都将以高技术的发展及高技术产业的建立作为21世纪国家经济的发展战略,力争在21世纪的国际竞争中处于有力的优势地位。
Viewing the Importance of Technological Progress and Technological Innovation from the New Technological Revolution. Marx pointed out long ago that scientific and technological progress is a decisive factor in the development of social production. The economic activities of mankind in the 1990s will be driven by the new technological revolution, and the development of high technology will be the core of this technological revolution. Some major industrialized countries, such as the United States, Japan, Western European countries and the Soviet Union, will take high-tech development and the establishment of high-tech industries as the development strategy of the national economy in the 21st century and strive to be in a strong predominant position in the international competition in the 21st century.
