近两年来,我县社队企业在各级党委和政府领导下,经过调整、整顿,发展较快,经济效益也逐年有所提高.据调查,1981年全县在人平收入150元以上的1,175个生产队中,社队企业提供的收入,多的占50%,少的也占20%左右.这说明社队企业的收入逐年增加,可以逐步依靠自己的积累,用“滚雪球”方式进一步加强社队企业的建设,加速社队企业的发展.但是,目前有的公社和生产队不顾社队企业的正常生产和经营,任意提取、乱花滥用社队企业实现的利润.1981年全县3,394个社队企业中,有781个企业实现的利润被社队全部提走,有1,423个企业被提走70%以上.有一个公社有11个企业,其中
