近几年,随着散装水泥用量的逐年增加,各地散装水泥钢筒仓储罐也相应不断涌现和增多。仅1980年以来,我公司在大庆地区相继制作和安装了10台立式高位钢筒仓水泥储罐。在设计人员配合下,筒仓罐体施工中,我们采用单体预制、分片组对、立中心桅杆倒装起吊方法;筒仓锥形底采用无滚轧冷拉成型法施工。经投产使用验证,筒仓性能和质量均达到设计要求,被评为全优工程,并荣获齐齐哈尔市科委优秀施工方案奖。现就筒仓施工简介如下: 一、工程概况该工程主要工艺流程是:散装水泥车内的
In recent years, as the amount of bulk cement has been increasing year by year, cement storage tanks for bulk steel cylinders have also emerged and increased accordingly. Since 1980, our company has successively produced and installed 10 vertical high-position steel silo cement storage tanks in the Daqing area. In cooperation with the designer, in the construction of silo tanks, we used monolithic prefabrication, slicing group pairs, and vertical center boring bar upside down method; the conical bottom of the silo was constructed using the no-roll cold drawing forming method.
