目的探讨超声引导下经皮活检对乳腺癌内乳淋巴结转移的诊断价值。方法对30例乳腺癌患者的肿大内乳淋巴结在超声引导下行经皮穿刺活检。结果 30例患者中,26例穿刺成功,穿刺活检成功率为86.7%(26/30)。26例穿刺成功患者中,24例获得明确诊断,均发现癌细胞,诊断率为92.3%(24/26),无严重并发症。结论超声引导经皮穿刺乳腺癌肿大淋巴结组织活检是一种简便、安全有效的方法,能为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound guided percutaneous biopsy in the diagnosis of breast cancer lymph node metastasis. Methods Percutaneous transcutaneous biopsy was performed under the guidance of ultrasound in the swollen internal mammary lymph nodes in 30 patients with breast cancer. Results Of 30 patients, 26 had successful puncture, and the success rate of biopsy was 86.7% (26/30). Twenty-six patients with successful puncture achieved definite diagnosis, and all found cancer cells with a diagnostic rate of 92.3% (24/26) without serious complications. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous needle biopsy of enlarged lymph node tissue of breast cancer is a simple, safe and effective method, which can provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
