建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系,是党中央在新形势下对反腐倡廉工作作出的重大战略决策,是一项紧迫而长期的任务。审计机关作为政府的综合经济监督部门,应充分发挥在惩治和预防腐败体系建设中的重要作用。
Establishing and perfecting the system of punishing and preventing corruption is a major and strategic decision made by the Central Party Committee on fighting corruption and building a clean government under the new situation. It is an urgent and long-term task. As the comprehensive economic supervision department of the government, the auditing organ should give full play to its important role in the construction of a system of punishment and prevention of corruption.
