2007年10月初,曾看了广东经典粤剧《山村风云》及一台折子戏荟萃。11月28、29日,又观看了广州红豆粤剧团演出的《刑场上的婚礼》和《关汉卿》,两次都是著名表演艺术家红线女老师带队,演的也是红老师当年的代表剧目。这是对粤剧的一次隆重检阅,也是粤剧一次精彩亮相。广州红豆粤剧团是红线女老师于1990年创建的,建团近20年来,先后创作演出了100多部粤剧,多次在国家、省级各种赛事上获奖,并出访美国、加拿大、澳州、英国、法国、日本、新加坡等30多个国家和地区
