病历摘要患者王某,男,48岁,教师。1987年11月8日起鼻塞、咽痛、轻咳,不发烧。11月11日起右颈前部疼痛、低热。右甲状腺弥漫性Ⅰ°肿大,压痛明显。11月15日起午后至傍晚体温达39.0～39.5℃。每经用解热药即大量出汗,至次日清晨体温可降至37.0℃。但午后体温又渐升至39.0℃。11月20日起并发左颈前部疼痛。颈前如钳咬样刺痛,吞咽时加重。精神紧张、怕热、多汗、心悸、心烦、手抖。两侧甲状腺可触及不规则之硬性结节,触痛明显。既往无甲状腺肿大。11月23日查T_3331ng％(正常值70～210ng％),T_424μg％(正常值4～12μg％)。
