我国东北地区东部的珲春、东宁、延古、穆陵、牡丹江一带是内陆中深源地震区.对于这一区域中深源地震的成因.一般认为是由于西太平洋板块由东往西向着亚洲大陆俯冲.消减带受到强烈的挤压、摩擦.从而发生破裂滑动而引起的.例如.张立人等(1983)根据地幔物质和岩石圈板块的温度状态计算了俯冲板块内的温度分布.认为板块内温度远低于同一深度上的地幔温度.因此.可以产生弹性断裂、发生地震. 本文则试图从幔源橄榄岩包体的结构特征探讨中深源地震发生的环境和成因.以期对中深源地震的孕育和发生过程获得进一步的认识.
