我厂自一九八三年开始生产SIQ10型碗形树脂自硬砂混砂机。在华中工学院、济南铸锻机械研究所的大力支持下;目前已能生产五种碗形树脂自硬砂混砂机,形成系列产品。该系列产品自清洗能力强,结构紧凑,维修方便,效率高,能耗低是铸造行业单机或配线使用的理想机型,得到用户好评。八五年SIQ型混砂机获湖北省科研成果二等奖。两年多来共销售了132台,居全国树脂自硬砂混砂机销售量之首,产品行销全国廿三个省、市、自治区,为我国铸造行业应用树脂自硬砂新工艺做出了一定贡献。
