一創立經過 凡一切工作之效率莫不有賴於人與事之適當配合。歐美各國早已進行人事之心理研究,以期人與人、事與事及人與事各種關係之調整,是故人得盡其才,事得盡其功。我國自抗戰以還,抗建工作同時並舉,因此漸感人材揀選、工作效率及人事管理等等問題之重要性。民國三十年秋,國立中央大學心理系主任蕭孝嶸先生為適應此種需要起見,及發起組織人事心理研究社,藉以集中人力,從事人事之科學研究。該社遂於是年十二月六日在渝正式成立。最初,社員僅限於中央大學之師生,嗣後社員人數逐漸增多,率皆爲自動參加者。社中工作今已分布於軍、政、警、工、醫及教育各界。
A creation through all the efficiency of all work can not depend on the proper coordination of people and things. The countries in Europe and the United States have already conducted psychological studies on personnel affairs in the hope that people will do their best and do their utmost to make adjustments to the relationships among people and things, things and people and things. Since the Anti-Japanese War and the Anti-Japanese War, both our country and the anti-establishment work have taken place at the same time. Therefore, the importance of selecting talent, working efficiency and personnel management gradually becomes more and more important. In the autumn of the 30th year of the Republic of China, Mr. Xiao Xiaorong, director of the psychology department of the National Central University, initiated the organization of personnel and psychological research institutes in order to concentrate on manpower and scientific research in personnel affairs. The Society was then officially established in Chongqing on December 6. Initially, members were restricted to students and faculty members at Chung Hau University. The number of subsequent members gradually increased, all of them being automatic participants. The work in the community has now been distributed among the military, government, police, workers, doctors and educators.
