企业是经济组织,在国民经济发展中处于十分重要的地位;企业是工人阶级最集中的地方,是党的阶级力量所在;企业党组织是党的基层组织的重要组成部分,是党在企业的基础。坚持和加强企业党组织的建设,不仅对于保证党对企业的领导权,推动企业的发展,而且对于坚持、加强和改善党的领导,促进整个国民经济的发展,巩固国家政权,保持社会稳定,具有十分重要的意义。本报告力图以邓小平理论和党的十五大精神为指导,对新时期企业党组织的建设,从理论与实践的结合上进行总体性探讨,提出加强和改进的意见。 一、党的十一届三中全会以来企业党组织建设的基本实践
Enterprise is an economic organization and plays an important role in the development of the national economy.
