为了解芸芥的自交亲和性变异,采用田间套袋自交技术对不同来源的52份芸芥品种(系)的自交亲和指数(CI)、相对亲和指数进行了对比分析。结果表明,芸芥的自交亲和性存在较大幅度的变异,CI在0.00~4.98之间,这种变异不仅存在于品种间,而且存在于品种内不同个体间。52份参试材料中,自交亲和指数小于1的有43个品种;9个品种的CI>1(1.03~4.98),其中,CI>3的材料有四川-2芸芥、06芸86-y和06芸86-87。依据亲和指数可将参试材料分为4种类型:高自交亲和类型(CI≥3.00);自交亲和类型(CI为1.00~2.99);自交不亲和类型(0.00 1 (1.03-4.98) in 9 cultivars, among which, materials with CI> 3 were Sichuan-2 Yunnan mustard and 06 Yun 86 -y and 06 Yun 86-87. According to the affinity index, the tested materials can be divided into four types: high self-compatible type (CI≥3.00), self-compatible type (CI = 1.00-2.99), self-incompatible type <1.000); high self-incompatibility (CI = 0.00). Self-compatibility varies from region to region. In general, southern Yunnan and western regions have higher self-compatibility than those in other regions. In summary, Yunjie is a highly self-incompatible plant, but its self-compatibility varies widely. Therefore, inbred lines selected from Brassica juncea populations can be used for future rapeseed Study on Genetics and Breeding of Edge Plants.
