收集百余架某系列民航飞机近十年的腐蚀损伤数据,及其过夜停放的16个基地机场的气象环境指标数据,利用动态聚类分析方法,对基地机场的腐蚀环境区域进行了划分,得到对该系列飞机的腐蚀行为影响规律具有相似性的4类腐蚀环境区域。其次应用方差分析方法,对在不同类型机场环境区域的腐蚀频率进行了差异性研究。结果表明,不同机场环境区域的飞机结构腐蚀频率有显著的差异。研究成果对编制民用机场环境谱和进行腐蚀加速试验选取参数有重要的参考价值。
Collecting the corrosion damage data of over a hundred civil aviation aircraft over the past decade and the meteorological environmental index data of 16 airports parked overnight, the dynamic clustering analysis method is used to classify the corrosive environment of the base airport and get the Corrosion behavior of the series of aircraft corrosion laws have similar four types of corrosive environment. Followed by the use of analysis of variance methods, different types of airport environment in the region of the corrosion frequency were studied. The results show that there are significant differences in the corrosion frequency of aircraft structures in different airport environment areas. The research results have important reference value for the selection of parameters for the preparation of civil airport environmental spectrum and corrosion acceleration test.
