本文报道了一组含热致性液晶聚芳酯(LCP)和聚酰胺(PA-66)共混物的基本性质。结果表明:共混挤出物的外皮层由 PA-66所形成,其厚度随 LCP 含量的增加而减薄;LCP 的含量对 PA-66的结晶结构有一定的影响;共混物的流变特性与纯 LCP 和 PA-66有显著的差异。在低剪切速率下,当 LCP 和 PA-66的配比为20/80时,其表观粘度呈现最低值。经扫描电镜(SEM)观察表明:共混物的两相形态与它们的组成配比有关;LCP 相的形态结构随着它含量的增加逐渐地由球状颗粒向棒状和纤维状转变。
This paper reports the basic properties of a group of blends containing thermotropic liquid crystalline polyarylates (LCP) and polyamides (PA-66). The results show that the outer layer of PA-66 is formed by PA-66, and its thickness decreases with the increase of LCP content. The content of LCP has a certain influence on the crystal structure of PA-66. There are significant differences between the properties and pure LCP and PA-66. At low shear rates, apparent viscosity was lowest when the ratio of LCP to PA-66 was 20/80. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observations showed that the morphology of the two phases of the blends was related to their compositional ratio. The morphology of the LCP phase gradually changed from spherical particles to rod-like and fibrous phases as its content increased.
