本文运用电极反应理论,分析了镀铁层的沉积过程,从而说明镀铁层中形成间断黑条状物的原因;并阐明了共同沉积的理论。同时还论述了镀铁层中黑条状物的性质,以及它对镀铁层性能的影响。对镀铁层所作的一些分析和试验,证实了镀铁层的成份与纯铁类似,但其金相结构则完全不同于纯铁或钢。镀铁层是一种沿着扇形锥方向而沉积、生长的拱形蜂窝状结构,因此,镀铁层具有硬度高、耐磨性好的特性。而这种特殊结构,经一定温度的退火处理后,会转变为纯铁一样的多边形晶体结构。文中还对镀铁层的硬化机理作了一些分析和探讨。
In this paper, the electrode reaction theory is used to analyze the deposition process of iron plating, which explains the reasons for the formation of discontinuous black bars in iron plating. The theory of co-deposition is clarified. The nature of the black bars in the iron plating and its effect on the properties of the iron plating are also discussed. Some analysis and experiments on the iron plating layer confirmed that the composition of the iron plating layer is similar to that of pure iron but the metallurgical structure is completely different from pure iron or steel. The iron plating layer is an arched honeycomb structure that is deposited and grown along the fan-shaped taper direction. Therefore, the iron plating layer has the characteristics of high hardness and good wear resistance. This special structure, after a certain temperature annealing, will be transformed into a pure iron-like polygon crystal structure. The paper also made some analysis and discussion on the hardening mechanism of iron plating.
