我厂在加工喷油泵上体三个平面中,因加工量比较大,铣削过程中经常产生振动造成误差,若加大夹紧力,又受工件璧薄所限(工件受力大容易变形)。针对上述情况,我们设计制造了铣喷油泵上体三个平面夹具(附图)。一、夹具结构在底板23上分别用两个螺钉17紧固左支座3及右支座11,使之与底板23连成一体。在左支座3上的螺钉4,同时紧固着定位套24和弹簧夹头5,定位套24右端面安装两个定位销7,定位套24内孔及定位销7都是定位工件用。与弹簧夹头5内锥面配合的心轴6受左摆杆1、连杆8、右摆杆19和顶杆10
