我国高校国际交流日益增多,高等教育国际化势在必行。一方面,越来越多的高校党员走出国(境)参加学术交流活动;另一方面,大量外籍师生带着不同文化和意识形态走进国内高校,这两者给高校党建工作发展带来机遇的同时,也对党建工作提出了更高要求。笔者从当前高校党建工作面临的挑战、机遇、应对策略等方面,探索了高校国际化进程中党建工作的创新思路。
The international exchange of higher education in our country is increasing day by day. The internationalization of higher education is imperative. On the one hand, more and more college party members go abroad to participate in academic exchange activities; on the other hand, a large number of foreign teachers and students come into domestic universities with different cultures and ideologies, both of which bring about the development of party building in colleges and universities Opportunities at the same time, but also put forward higher requirements for party building work. From the aspects of the challenges, opportunities and coping strategies faced by the party building in colleges and universities, the author explores the innovative ideas of the party building in the process of university internationalization.
