“十三五”以来,通过实施创新驱动发展战略,加快推进供给侧结构性改革,实施“三去一降一补”的重点任务,我国经济增长的质量和效益明显提升,可持续发展能力得到增强。从近年来结构调整的变化可以反映出,我国经济已稳步回升,产业正在朝着调新调优的方向转型升级,稳增长、调结构、促转型已经取得成效。
Since the “13th Five-Year Plan”, by implementing the innovation-driven development strategy, accelerating the supply-side structural reform and implementing the key tasks of “reducing, reducing and compensating one by one”, the quality and efficiency of China’s economic growth have obviously improved.
