清华大学深圳研究生院海洋技术中心主任陈道毅教授、华东勘测设计研究院海上风电研发中心总工程师李炜以及DNV GL大中国区海事部海工总经理亚丁分别代表各自公司签署《海洋新能源利用与发展战略合作框架协议》2017年6月9日,DNV GL、清华大学深圳研究生院和华东勘测设计研究院三方在深圳签署了《海洋新能源利用与发展战略合作框架协议》。该协议的签署旨在加强中国创新海洋能源概念的发展。该协议的实施将以具体项目为基础,第一个课题将是国内首个浮式风机基座的研发。DNV GL将贡献其在海事、海工和可再生能源等方面的技术专长。
Professor Chen Daoyi, director of Ocean Technology Center of Shenzhen Graduate School of Tsinghua University, Li Wei, chief engineer of offshore wind power R & D center of East China Research Institute of Survey and Design, and Aden of General Manager of Marine Department of DNV GL Greater China Department of Maritime Affairs signed the “ Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement ”On June 9, 2017, DNV GL, Shenzhen Graduate School of Tsinghua University and East China Survey and Design Institute signed the Framework Agreement for Strategic Cooperation in Utilization and Development of New Marine Energy in Shenzhen. The agreement is signed to strengthen the concept of innovative marine energy in China. The agreement will be implemented on a project-by-project basis. The first issue will be the development of the first floating fan base in the country. DNV GL will contribute its technical expertise in maritime, offshore and renewable energy.
