结果 ACH组和 SAH组的 CSF中的 NO浓度水平均高于对照组 ,而 GSH- PX浓度均低于对照组 ;脑出血组的 NO高于 SAH组 ,NO与 GSH- PX呈负相关。
Objective To investigate the changes of cerebrospinal fluid nitric oxide (NO) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in patients with cerebral hemorrhage (CH) and subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and their relationship with cerebrovascular injury. Methods The changes of CSF levels of NO and GSH-PX in 8 controls and 15 ACH and 15 SAH patients were measured and compared. Results The levels of NO in CSF of both ACH group and SAH group were higher than those of control group, while the concentrations of GSH-PX in CSF were lower than those in control group. The levels of NO in cerebral hemorrhage group were higher than those in SAH group. Conclusion NO and GSH- PX are related to the degree of brain injury and inflammation
