用原子吸收光谱仪对武汉地区191名健康儿童指甲中微量元素铜、锌含量进行了测定。铜、锌中位数和P_(2.5)～P_(87.5)分别为11.92μg/g、188.6μg/g和1.04～50.23μg/g、84.4～404.5μg/g。
The contents of trace elements copper and zinc in 191 healthy children’s nails in Wuhan were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The median of copper and zinc and P_ (2.5) ~ P_ (87.5) were 11.92μg / g, 188.6μg / g and 1.04 ~ 50.23μg / g, 84.4 ~ 404.5μg / g respectively.
