教师开展以中小学教师为研究对象的研究,不仅能解决教师自己所面临的教育教学问题,而且能实现其自身与教育对象的共同成长。对江苏省南通市部分小学教师进行的问卷调查和访谈结果表明,虽然大多数小学教师有良好的研究意识和参与研究的热情,但还有相当比例的小学教师对教师研究的内涵与价值存在认识偏差,在独立进行研究时更是显得束手无策。为了更好地发挥教师研究对教师专业发展的价值,教师教育者应结合理论课程加强教师研究的普及工作,教师管理者应结合实际情况建立校本教师研究共同体,教师研究者应学会结合教学实践开展符合自己个性的研究。
