文章认为,企业的社会资本会使企业的管理面临锁定效应危机。根据社会资本的具体分类,社会资本为企业管理带来的锁定效应具体表现为:(1)结构型社会资本会导致企业管理封闭化,削弱企业成员之间的合作意愿,使企业管理出现结构型锁定;(2)关系型社会资本会增加企业获取资源和信息的难度,破坏企业现有制度,使企业管理面临功能型锁定;(3)认知型社会资本会导致企业管理产生认知上的冲突,使企业管理面临认知型锁定。企业应该采取创新组织结构、建立学习型组织、鼓励非正式交流等措施,来消除社会资本产生的消极影响。
The article believes that the corporate social capital will make the management of enterprises facing the lock-in crisis. According to the specific classification of social capital, the lock-in effect brought about by social capital for enterprise management is as follows: (1) Structural social capital will lead to the closure of enterprise management, weaken the willingness of cooperation among enterprise members and make the enterprise management appear structurally (2) the relationship between social capital will increase the difficulty of access to resources and information, undermine the existing system of the enterprise, so that business management will face a functional lock; (3) cognitive social capital will lead to business management cognitive Conflict, so that business management facing cognitive lock.
