爱德华菌常自冷血动物和淡水鱼分离出,对鱼类和其它动物致病,对于人类是一种罕见的条件致病菌。我院于1989年9月于1例急性梗阻性胆管炎、胆石症、胆道败血症的病人血液中分离出迟钝爱德华菌。现报告如下。
