联话是以楹联这种文学样式为主要话语对象的一种独特的传统文论体式,是我国传统文论整体不可缺少的有机组成部分。它具有四大主要功能:一是辑录、保存历代联作;二是评论楹联作品的得失;三是介绍写作背景;四是考释文本。联话之体生成于清代道光年间,是在楹联创作走向繁盛的基础上直接受到历代诗话、词话及文话影响的产物。
Conjunction is a unique traditional style of literary criticism based on the couplets of this literary style as the main discourse object and an indispensable integral part of our traditional literary theory. It has four main functions: one is to record and save the ancient co-operation; the other is to comment on the pros and cons of the couplets; the third is to introduce the writing background; the fourth is to examine the text. The body of conjoining was born during the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty and was the product of the direct influence of ancient poets, words and texts on the basis of the couplet creation.
