随着我国广播电视行业的发展,播音与主持成为热门行业。电视节目不断推陈出新,各媒体为了保证节目质量,需要提高从业人员的专业素养。但是就目前我国各高校播音与主持艺术专业的教学情况来看,“千人一面”的人才培养现象非常普遍。文章分析了我国高校播音与主持艺术专业人才培养模式,并试图探寻人才培养的突破点。
With the development of China’s radio and television industry, broadcasting and hosting become popular industries. Television programs continue to introduce new media in order to ensure the quality of programs, the need to improve the professionalism of practitioners. However, at present, the situation of teaching and broadcasting art major in various colleges and universities in our country shows that the phenomenon of personnel training for “one side of thousands of people” is very common. The article analyzes the training mode of art professionals in broadcasting and hosting in colleges and universities in China, and tries to find breakthrough points in personnel training.
