(一)为了进一步探明茶树叶片解剖结构与抗寒性的相关关系,为茶树育种提供早期鉴定的依据,去年冬天,我们在本场种植的一百多个品种(品系)的茶树品种资源中,对六十五个品种(品系)作了叶片解剖结构的观则。观测项目分为:叶片总厚度,上、下表皮厚度,栅状组织厚度及层次,海绵组织厚度;并计算出栅状组织厚度同叶片总厚度、栅状组织厚度同海绵组织厚度、海绵组织厚度同叶片总厚度等的比值。此后,于今年2月底当茶树度过本地区严冬极端最低温冻害之时,调查了这些品种(品系)的受冻害情况,用五级评分法给以作抗寒性评分(其标准是:5分,受冻害叶片在5%以下,4分,受冻害叶片在5—25%;3分,
