赵耀先、肖永年、张鹏池主编的《企业集团经营管理》(以下简称《管理》,中国经济出版社1989年版)一书,是集老中青17位学者智慧,在占有大量资料的基础上,经过潜心研究而完成的省社科“七五”重点研究课题,是一部系统、深入地探索中国企业集团经营管理理论的有建树的著作。这部专著的可贵之处,首先在于它热诚地讴歌了经济改革中的新生事物。对我国改革中涌现的—个惹人注目的新事物、企业组织新形式——企业集团的理论研究,颇具战略意义。实践总是走在理论的前头,为理论提供沃土。但是,到了八十年代末,在华夏大地上,已有大约1600余家各种企业集团竞相生长的时候,是不是“企业集团,‘团’而无‘集’”、“百个集团九十个空”?“宁为小国之君,不为大国之臣”的观念要不要破除?还有,担心“肥水流入外人田”,虽有必要进
