重庆市存在着面积较为广阔的农村地区,这些地区因受到学校教学条件差及教师教学任务重等因素的限制,导致农村中小学教学中存在着一系列问题,这就要求农村中小学教师必须进行职后培训,提高农村中小学教师的教学能力,保障农村中小学的教学质量。但就目前实际情况来看,重庆市农村中小学教师的职后培训中存在着一系列问题,影响了农村职后培训的开展。本文以职后培训为研究对象,从重庆市农村中小学教师职后培训中存在的问题与应对策略两个方面进行详细论述。
There is a vast rural area in Chongqing. Due to the poor teaching conditions in schools and teachers’ teaching tasks, these areas lead to a series of problems in the teaching of primary and secondary schools in rural areas. This requires that primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas must carry out After-service training to improve the teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas, to ensure the quality of teaching in rural primary and secondary schools. However, according to the current actual situation, there are a series of problems in the after-service training for primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas in Chongqing, which has affected the training of post-employment in rural areas. In this paper, post-training as the research object, from Chongqing rural primary and secondary teacher post-training problems and strategies to deal with two aspects in detail.
