青海东部气田属第四系气藏,成岩性差,岩层间以泥质胶结为主。台南5 井岩石X 射线衍射分析表明粘土含量20% ~30% ,以绿泥石、伊利石为主;薄片鉴定结果为:碎屑部分占75 % ,胶结部分占25 % ,胶结类型为充填—孔隙式胶结。通过室内化学酸敏实验,选用合适酸浓度范围为HCl7-5% ~10% ,HF2% ~4 % ,H3PO410%~15 % 。原子吸收光谱分析残酸离子浓度、铁离子浓度高,达3 500mg/L~4 000mg/L,酸化液中需加入防铁离子沉淀剂,以减少对地层渗透率的损害。
The eastern gas field in Qinghai is a Quaternary gas reservoir with poor diagenesis and dominated by muddy cementation. X-ray diffraction analysis of the rock in Tainan 5 shows that the content of clay is 20% -30%, mainly chlorite and illite. The identification results of the flake are as follows: 75% of the debris, 25% of the cemented part and the cementation type of filling- Pore cementing. Through laboratory acid-lab experiments, suitable acid concentrations ranged from 7-5% to 10% HCl, from 2% to 4% HF and from 10% to 15% H3PO4. Atomic absorption spectrometry analysis of residual acid ion concentration, high iron concentration, up to 3 500mg / L ~ 4 000mg / L, the acid solution should be added anti-iron ion precipitant to reduce the permeability damage.
