本文对家兔实验性挤压综合征的肾组织进行了超微结构观察。结果表明,除肾小管有不同程度的损害性变化外,肾小球亦显示一定的超微病变,表现为两方面:一是血管球细胞的肥大和增生,有可能导致毛细血管袢狭窄;二是血管球细胞呈现不同程度的退行性变,如线粒体肿胀、内质网扩张以及空泡形成等。 结合检查有少尿、肌红蛋白尿、血钾和血浆尿素氮升高、肌酐清除率降低等急性肾功能衰竭表现,认为除肾小管病变外,早期因肾血管痉挛、肾血流量减少,后来又加上血管球细胞的超微病变,导致肾小球滤过率下降也是一个不可忽视的重要因素。
