本文根据阈值模型理论,推导一个计算阈值性状中患者各级亲属的预期发病率的公式。 公式为 [X_r]=X_g-rh~2a_g 式中,X=阈值与平均的正态离差;a=患者与群体平均的平均离差;h~2=遗传率;r=亲缘系数;下标g指一般群体;下标r指患者亲属。 与Falconer公式和Edwards近似公式相比较,无论在计算结果的精确度上,或者使用简便上均有一定的好处。
In this paper, based on the threshold model theory, a formula for calculating the expected incidence of patient relatives at all levels in threshold traits is derived. The formula is [X_r] = X_g-rh ~ 2a_g where X = the normalized deviation of the threshold from the mean; a = mean deviation from patient to patient; h ~ 2 = heritability; r = kinship coefficient; subscript g refers to the general population; subscript r refers to the patient’s relatives. Compared with the Falconer formula and the Edwards approximation formula, it has some advantages in terms of the accuracy of the calculation result or the ease of use.
