1.临床资料 支气管哮喘患者54例,其中男性34例,女性20例;年龄5—48岁,病程2—15年,所有患者均为不定期发作每年至少4次以上,本文观察的患者都是急性发作期来接受治疗的,就诊时全部呼吸困难,呼期延长并有显著的喘鸣音,口唇发绀,端坐抬肩呼吸,不能平卧,血常规检查嗜酸细胞百分比值6个以上。治疗组30例,采用上海产HN8—Ⅰ型氦—氖激光器,波长632um,功率8mw光导纤维插头直接对准定喘、肺俞、尺泽和膏盲穴,均双侧,每穴照射5分钟,每日一次,10次为1个疗程。同时进行雾化吸入维生素K_3每日1
