我院从1993年至1997年期间应用上海医用电子仪器厂生产的电热烧灼器(1411)型治疗尖锐湿疣320例,疗效满意,现报告如下。1.临床资料 320例中,男200例,女120例;已婚180例,未婚140例;年龄18～54岁,平均为24.6岁;病程最短半个月,最长2年,平均3个月;有婚外性交史者240例;配偶同患病者60例;同时感染其他性病者50例,均为淋病;皮损一般为绿豆或黄豆大,呈菜花状或乳头状丘疹,少数成棘刺状或鸡冠状;女性患者主要分布在大小阴唇、会阴、阴道口、肛门;男性主要分布于龟头、冠状沟,包皮内侧面。
