目的探查GERD临床诊断及治疗方法,总结诊治经验以提高水平。方法将我院经诊断为GERD的48例患者给予相关治疗,记录资料以作回顾性分析。结果经过治疗48例患者中痊愈34例,显效9例,有效4例,无效1例。结论 GERD确诊后,经过临床上积极规范合理的治疗,可以取得显著效果,缓解症状,防止并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of GERD, summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment to improve the level. Methods 48 patients diagnosed as GERD in our hospital were given relevant treatment, and the data were recorded for retrospective analysis. Results After the treatment of 48 patients cured 34 cases, markedly effective in 9 cases, effective in 4 cases, 1 case of ineffective. Conclusion After diagnosis of GERD, after clinically standardized and reasonable treatment can achieve significant results, relieve symptoms, prevent complications and improve patient quality of life.
