在中国,舞蹈教学竞赛机制正日益完善,专业舞者们都渴望在各种舞蹈大赛中荣获嘉奖。舞蹈教学竞赛机制是指舞蹈教师根据不同的学生特点,编排不同的舞蹈教学剧目进行教学,然后通过不同的竞赛方式,层层选拔,确定参加高级别如“桃李杯”等舞蹈比赛。竞赛的真正目的是为了更全面、更完善地构建舞蹈技能教学体系,更好地发现人才、培养人才及输出人才。苦练基本功,稳定基础;循循渐进,提高素质;搭建平台,提升水平,才是舞蹈人才成长的必经之路。
