据美国农业部报道,1983～1984年美国种植蘑菇1290万米~2,年产492000吨,产值47100万美元。另据加拿大蘑菇栽培者协会报道,1982年加拿大种蘑菇230万米~2,年产菇3515吨,产值892.3万加拿大元。北美是目前世界上最大的蘑菇产区,单产也较高。北美之所以会成为世界上最大的蘑菇产区,除了选育良种外,重视培养料的堆制发酵技术也是一项关键措施。本文着重介绍这项堆制发酵技术。
According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, from 1983 to 1984, the United States planted 12.9 million m 2 of mushrooms with an annual output of 492,000 tons and an output value of 471 million U.S. dollars. According to the Canadian Association of Mushroom Growers reported in Canada in 1982 2.3 million m 2 kinds of mushrooms, mushroom production 3515 tons, the output value of 8.923 million Canadian dollars. North America is currently the world’s largest mushroom producing area, yield is higher. The reason why North America will become the world’s largest mushroom producing areas, in addition to breeding varieties, the importance of training materials in the heap fermentation technology is also a key measure.
