观察23例急性汞中毒和汞吸收患者的红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD);血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO);总抗氧化能力(总抗氧)。结果:(1)急性汞中毒初期,体内产生大量氧自由基(O2-·),生物膜脂质过氧化增强,LPO升高(P<0.01);总抗氧下降(P<0.01);SOD活性在中毒初期与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。(2)经治疗后2个月,患者体检状况好转,SOD活性和总抗氧下降并有部分病例尿汞等指标尚未恢复。抗氧自由基的监测可为汞中毒患者临床治疗和预后提供依据。
Erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD), plasma lipid peroxide (LPO) and total antioxidant capacity (total antioxidant capacity) were observed in 23 patients with acute mercury poisoning and mercury absorption. The results showed that: (1) During the initial stage of acute mercury poisoning, a large amount of oxygen free radicals (O2- ·) were produced in the body. Lipid peroxidation increased, LPO increased (P <0.01), total antioxidant decreased (P <0. 01). There was no significant difference in the activity of SOD between the control group and the early stage of poisoning (P> 0.05). (2) 2 months after treatment, the patient’s medical condition improved, SOD activity and total antioxidant decreased and some cases of urinary mercury and other indicators have not been restored. Antioxidant free radical monitoring may provide a basis for clinical treatment and prognosis of patients with mercury poisoning.
