目的评估CT血管造影(CTA)对肺隔离症的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2003年1月至2013年12月经CTA证实30例肺隔离症患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均有不同程度的肺部感染史,左肺26例,右肺4例;叶内型28例,叶外型2例。结论利用CTA可以准确诊断肺隔离症。
Objective To evaluate the value of CT angiography (CTA) in the diagnosis of pulmonary sequestration. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with pulmonary sequestration confirmed by CTA from January 2003 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients had different degrees of history of pulmonary infection. There were 26 cases of left lung and 4 cases of right lung. There were 28 cases of leaf type and 2 cases of leaf shape. Conclusions The use of CTA can accurately diagnose pulmonary sequestration.
